Who We Are

Founded in memory of visionary leader Liora Beer, Fairmount Innovation Lab (FIL) was established in 2015 under the auspices of Artmorpheus, Inc., a committed 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Massachusetts. Our mission is to nurture and advance the careers of artists in the Boston area.

As a cornerstone of the Fairmount Cultural Corridor, FIL is at the heart of a dynamic collaboration. This Placemaking initiative taps into the rich cultural assets and diverse ethnic traditions found along the Fairmount Commuter Line, fostering vibrant neighborhoods and fueling an active, sustainable creative economy.

Scholarship

Liora Beer Scholarship

Each year, starting in July, the Liora Beer Scholarship awards two deserving individuals with a passion for change. Eligible applicants include entrepreneurs and small business owners active in creative industries such as design, video production, marketing, and similar fields. This scholarship also welcomes those involved in social enterprises or businesses poised to make significant impacts in their local communities.
